La Marche abode.(Brief article)

A 4,783-SF home in the La Marche Place neighborhood of west Little Rock's Chenal Valley development sold for $505,000.

W.M. and Leann Linam acquired the house from Steven and Brandi Joplin. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $404,000 and a five-year loan of $50,500 from IberiaBank Mortgage Co. of Little Rock.

The residence previously was tied to a May 2008 mortgage of $270,000 held by Americahomekey Inc. of Dallas.

The Joplins purchased the house for $542,000 14 months ago from Paul and Lynette Bowersock.
