Medical mortgage.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)


The owner of a medical office building in west Little Rock landed a $2.27 million funding agreement.

Williams ADC-GCA Building LLC, led by Dr. Alonzo Williams, obtained the five-year loan from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Miss.

The 1.5-acre Arkansas Diagnostic Center development at 8908 Kanis Road previously was linked with a January 2002 mortgage of $1.47 million held by Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.

Williams bought the location for $366,000 in August 1988 from BH&G Properties. The BH&G investors included Dr. Samuel Boellner, Dr. Coburn Howell, Dr. Robert Galbraith, Dr. Jan Sullivan, Dr. Gordon Gibson, Dr. Morrison Henry, Dr. John Bornhofen and Dr. Elaine Wilson.
