Vali Hi financing.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)(Brief article)
The owner of a 21,800-SF retail center in North Little Rock picked up a $500,000 mortgage. Woodcrest Co. LLLP, led by James Matthews, secured the one-year loan from One Bank & Trust of Little Rock. The Vail Hi Center at 4600 JFK Blvd. also is linked with a January 2007 mortgage of $2.7 million held by Arvest Bank of Fayetteville. The Matthews family has owned the 5.1-acre property for more than 79 years.
