Weekly UpdatesThe Garland Avenue Parking Garage is beginning to rise on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. The $34.5 million project should be completed by August 2010. Baldwin & Shell Construction Co. of Little Rock is the general contractor. Amirmoez Foster Halley Johnson Architects & Planners of Fayetteville and Herbert Lewis Kruse Blunck Architecture of Des Moines, Iowa, handled the design work.
