Daniel Cushman, the new president of P.A.M. Transportation Services Inc., will be paid an annual salary of $400,000 and will be eligible for bonuses, according to a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission. Cushman will also be given $55,000 for relocation expenses--money that must be repaid if he leaves P.A.M. in less than three years.
