Weekly UpdatesA dedication ceremony for Count Pulaski Way was held last week at the Concordia Museum, 409 President Clinton Ave., in the Arkansas Studies Institute on the Central Arkansas Library System's Main Library campus. Count Pulaski Way includes the Carl & Lorene Martin Plaza and a 200-foot walking mural of the Lower Arkansas River Valley.
