Interested in knowing what agencies will bid for the Arkansas Lottery Commission's advertising account?

We won't know for sure until the deadline for submissions passes on July 31. But we do have some hints.

The commission allows agencies to ask questions regarding the request for proposal. As of Thursday, Little Rock's Craig Douglass Communications, GWL Advertising Inc. and The Communications Group had submitted questions. So has Brian Clark, who heads the Little Rock office of The Ramey Agency of Jackson, Miss.
