Jeff, originally from Arizona, has served the United States Navy as a Broadcast Journalist and Audio/Visual Specialist with Armed Forces Network (AFN) and Defense Acquisition University, respectively. He's made the transition from "Navy News" to "NDTA News," and will take on the assignment of updating our online News Page, keeping us briefed on Chapter/Member activities, and contributing to the DTJ. His article on the Smithsonian's newest exhibit, "On the Water," appears in this issue of the DTJ.
