The MSO3000 Mixed-Signal Oscilloscope Series offers up to four analog and 16 digital channels, a 100-to 500-MHz bandwidth, a 5M record length, and a 2.5-GS/s analog sample rate for system debug. Color-coded wave-form displays show ones in green and zeros in blue for recognizing the logic state of a signal without having to scroll to a transition.

Digital waveforms can be grouped and labeled. MagniVu[TM] provides the capability to acquire 10,000 points at up to 8.25 GS/s (121.2-ps resolution). Intermittent problems can be found with a 50,000 waveform/s capture rate and the intensity-graded digital phosphor display technology. Wave Inspector[R] controls enable automatic search across analog, digital, serial, and parallel data signals for a specific event.

A limited version of NI LabVIEW SignalExpress[TM] Tektronix Edition is included free of charge with the MSO3000 Series. Users can upgrade to the standard version, which includes more than 200 measurement, acquisition, analysis, and reporting features.
