Elisabeth King has opened King Kouture, an apparel boutique, at 437 S. Highway 101. King, a former swimwear model, has designed couture pieces for boutiques throughout Southern California, including Malibu's Planet Blue and Santa Barbara's True Grit. King Kouture marks her first retail endeavor.
