Wayne Richie has resurfaced on the Little Rock business scene.
Richie, who sold his Coldwell Banker Advantage Realty to Rector Phillips Morse in December, has returned to familiar ground.
He recently became managing partner and chief executive officer of Custom Audio & Video, a landmark tenant in west Little Rock's Sturbridge Center.
Richie was a partner in Audio International Inc., which builds customized entertainment and cabin management products in the high-end corporate aircraft market.
He now will be focusing his high-tech energies on the home market, with offerings of integrated audio, video, lighting and more. Richie intends to expand sales into security, surveillance and satellite installation.
John Bethell, a local ER physician, remains a partner in Custom Audio. Bethell is the only other investor in the venture, which employs a veteran staff of 14.
