A former Hardee's restaurant in downtown North Little Rock is now a law office building after ringing up a $300,000 sale.
Douglas Holdings Inc., led by Lisa Douglas, acquired the 2300 Main St. project. The seller is Ministry Center LLC, led by Michael Robinson.
The transaction is financed with a two-year loan of $300,000 from First Arkansas Bank & Trust of Jacksonville.
Ministry Center purchased the 1-acre property for $255,000 in December 2004 from U.S. Bank of Minneapolis.
