Oaks house.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)(Brief article)
A 3,450-SF home in The Oaks neighborhood of the Chenal Valley development in west Little Rock changed hands in a $500,000 deal. Ulys and Cherylon Reid purchased the house from Harold Tenenbaum. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $250,000 from Little Rock's Bank of Ozarks. Tenenbaum bought the property for a reported $560,000 in January 2006 from Valley Home Builders LLC, led by Kevin Hannah.
