AccuSentry is introducing a weld inspection system for training pant machines to ensure the integrity of the weld and prevent damage of the weld head. The system consists of two inspection stations: pre-weld and post-weld.

The purpose of the preweld inspection is to prevent damage to the weld head. Each weld head can cost several thousands dollars. If the material is too thick or missing, the weld head will be damaged. The AccuSentry Weld Inspection system sends a signal when the proper material is not present at the preweld inspection station.
