The strength of women in the real estate industry was notable among the honorees, chairs, leadership and committee members responsible for the outstanding success of the Design, Construction & Real Estate Reception to benefit SHARE. More than 250 corporate real estate professionals, developers, construction managers, architects, engineers and brokers attended the event and more than $130,000 was raised to benefit the organization. Honorees for the evening included Ellen Albert, Viacom/MTVN; Jody Brown, Pfizer; Joanne Foulke, Polo Ralph Lauren; and Louise Matthews, AVON, who were recognized for their accomplishments in the industry and support of SHARE. Funds raised will help SHARE bring its Pink & Teal Lunch Program into the corporate workplace. The Program provides information on the latest developments in medical treatment and research, resources, direction and support to women who have been diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer and also to inform women of symptoms so the diseases can be detected early on.
