Studley has snagged two of Houston's heavy hitters, Kyle Kelley and Lance McCarthy, formerly of CB Richard Ellis' Global Corporate Services group in Houston. Mr. Kelley, executive managing director, and Mr. McCarthy, managing director, worked as a team at CBRE and joined Studley to continue that partnership within the firm's conflict-free business platform.

* Mr. Kelley has worked as a tenant representative for the past 23 years, 17 of which was with Trione and Gordon and the remainder was with CBRE after it acquired his former firm. He has successfully negotiated office leasing transactions in excess of 14 million square feet and has represented clients on major assignments throughout Europe, South America and Asia-Pacific. Some of his most notable transactions include: 264,000 s/f for Enbridge; 214,000 s/f for Kinder Morgan; 330,000 s/f for Equilon Services; 220,000 s/f for EquivaTrading; and 125,000 s/f for Hydro Gulf of Mexico.

* Mr. McCarthy joined Mr. Kelley at CB in 2002 after working as the manager of real estate for Enron Corporation. During his five-year tenure there, he was responsible for strategic real estate decisions for the various business units including Enron Corp., Enron Wholesale Services, Enron Broadband Services, Enron International and the various Enron pipeline companies in North and South America. Mr. McCarthy has spent the last seven years representing tenants around the world.

Some of his most notable transactions include 350,000 s/f for Occidental Oil & Gas; 240,000 s/f for Enron Successor Firms; 220,000 s/f for Andrews Kurth LLP; 264,000 s/f for Enbridge; 100,000 s/f for Winstead Sechrest & Minick PC; and 100,000 s/f for Porter & Hedges.
