Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of 147 Union Street, a 3,438 s/f mixed-use property located in Brooklyn. The asset commanded a sales price of $1,050,000 which amounts to approximately $305.41 psf. John Horowitz and Mark Tyler, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Brooklyn office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the sellers, private investors. The buyer, a partnership, was also secured and represented by Horowitz and Tyler.
