Silver lining; SPORT In Brief.
JUDO: Great Britain's Karina Bryant has claimed a silver medal at the World Judo Championships in Rotterdam. The 30-year-old lost in the final to Chinese fighter and reigning world champion Tong Wen in the +78kg class after only making the 14-strong British team at the last minute.
