PUNTERS PANEL.

Our panel give their views on the clash with Leicester City GRAHAM BREWIS I HAVE no idea who is going to score for us considering our strike-force injuries, but I desperately hope we win and Hughton gets Manager of the Month. He doesn't complain, or moan or whinge, or makes excuses - it seems honest endeavour and creating a strong team spirit has resulted in some great results. He deserves a medal working in these circumstances.

PREDICTION: United 1 Leicester 0 OMAR MIRZA INJURIES are already beginning to take a hold of our depleted squad and we haven't reached September yet! The lack of players coming in is both worrying and frustrating for us, knowing fine well we don't have the resources to cope. It wouldn't surprise me to see more money made off departures and NO-ONE brought in. Leicester look another a tough nut to crack, but I would expect our unbeaten start to continue.

PREDICTION: United 3 Leicester 1 LEN JONES I EXPECT our excellent start to the season to continue tonight against Nigel Pearson's Leicester City. It will, however, be a tougher test due to injuries to a few of our key players. With less than 24 hours left until the transfer window slams shut, I am both concerned and curious as what the comings and goings are at St James's Park. Assuming Jonas, Shola and Carroll are still on the treatment table, I think we may have to settle for a point.

PREDICTION: United 1 Leicester 1 IAIN KNOX INJURY problems for Shola and Jonas will make an already tough game that little bit more challenging, but I think there are plenty options to fill the gaps.

Our midfield has demonstrated their attacking threat and goalscoring capabilities, and the latter will be relied upon heavily tonight. Results going our way at the weekend has left the top spot beckoning, and I think we'll pull something out the bag.

PREDICTION: United 1 Leicester 0 CHRIS DICKSON IT has been a long time since we have seen a game at St James's Park in which a win could see either team go top of the table. But it would be optimistic to expect a highquality encounter against a defensively-minded Nigel Pearson team. United's promising form this season has disguised the fact that the club is being run into the ground. The most likely outcome is that both teams will keep their unbeaten league records intact.
