A Bright prospect.

PATAVIUM Prince loves to be beside the seaside and can strike again at Brighton in the Brakes Food Service Handicap.

The six-year-old is a confirmed fan of the south coast track and has been in the first two home on five of her six starts there.

Jo Crowley's gelding is giving away weight to all challengers, but that should not unduly concern punters as he is a game sort who always gives his best.

That alone should be enough to take victory in this contest at his favourite destination.

Nom De La Rosa can get off the mark in the opening EBF Maiden Stakes.

Gary Moore's juvenile was fourth in what looked a good contest at Windsor a fortnight ago, form which represented a dramatic improvement from her debut at Goodwood earlier in the summer.

The extra furlong over which Nom De La Rosa races should assist her claims - she is bred to get at least a mile - considering she appeared tapped for pace at Windsor, despite finishing only just outside the places.

Hughie Morrison is in flying form, with a 40% strike-rate in the last fortnight, and can further improve that record when saddling Assail in the Groomed To Perfection, The Kia Soul Handicap at Kempton.

All-weather racing clearly suits the son of Bertolini as he has never been out of the places in four starts on the sand.

He also recorded his one success to date at this track in July, beating Ugenius by two and three-quarter lengths.

While Assail's one attempt at 10 furlongs to date met with failure, that was on the turf.

Tackling the extended distance on the all-weather should bring out the best in him.

Barlaman can improve from his maiden fourth to take the EBF Median Auction Maiden Stakes.

A son of quality US dirt performer Langfuhr, Barlaman showed plenty of inexperience on his solitary previous start - yet he still produced a promising performance, only finishing two and three-quarter lengths behind winner Haadeeth.

He is entitled to improve on that and, hailing from the red-hot Godolphin string, holds every chance here.

Vamos can take top honours in division one the Arrows Removals of London Handicap at Lingfield.

Jeremy Gask's three-year-old is a consistent, if rarely victorious, sort and looks favourably weighted in this contest against limited opposition.

True Britannia can claim the John Smith's Juvenile Fillies' Novices' Hurdle at Hereford.

Neil King's charge impressed many with the manner of his victory at Market Rasen last time out, readily asserting and finishing strongly - despite a bad blunder at the last.

The three-year-old was also a smart performer on the level and should have far too much class for his rivals here.
