Big Five Tours & Expeditions addressed the swine flu pandemic in response to the World Health Organization's official declaration of a swine flu a pandemic. While the new flu virus has been reported in 74 countries so far, most cases are mild and require no treatment, according to WHO. The organization went on to say that the announcement of a pandemic does not mean the situation is worsening, and no mutations have been detected in the virus to show that it is evolving. WHO urges nations not to close borders or restrict travel and trade.
