GREEN fingered enthusiasts are being urged to attend a horticultural show.

The Durham Horticultural and Craft Show will be held next week.

The show will take place at County Hall in Durham on Saturday 12 and Sunday September 13.

The show is an annual event and is regarded as one of the highlights of the horticultural calendar with green-fingered growers competing against each other. The Crafts Fair will take place on Sunday only.

The show will be open between 9am and 5pm on Saturday and 10am to 3pm on Sunday.

Free car parking will be available and admission can be paid on entry.
