Kenneth M. Jennings, Ph.D. (1943-1999) was the Richard de Raismes Kip Professor of Industrial Relations at the University of North Florida, Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Jennings died unexpectedly on February 21, 1999. He was a founding faculty member of the university and his friendship and counsel will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched. This paper is dedicated to his memory.
