Located in Midland, Ontario, we employ approximately 275. We have a customer base of over 100,000 small businesses and print and ship over 200,000 orders from our facility annually.
Our Midland facility is over 100,000 square feet and houses Manufacturing, Sales, Merchandising, Business Management and Administration. Over 97% of our products are printed in-house -- which means we can offer very fast turn-around. Most products are shipped within 3 days of order receipt - with 24 hour processing for stock.
Servicing both the English and French markets, our sales associates are trained in both selling and customer service -- ensuring our customers with "one-stop" shopping and service.
We operate with one of the strongest product guarantees in the marketplace. If a customer is not totally satisfied with any NEBS product, for any reason, we'll give a full credit, replacement or refund.
