Collins & Aikman Agrees To Acquire Becker Group.(Brief Article)

Collins & Aikman said that it has signed a definitive agreement for its previously announced acquisition of Becker Group, LLC. The terms are as announced on March 21. Collins & Aikman Corp., with annual sales approaching $2 billion, is a global supplier of automotive floor and acoustic systems, automotive fabric, interior trim and convertible top systems.
