BFGoodrich Buys Dana's Bearings Business.(Brief Article)
Dana Corp. it will sell its industrial polymer bearings businesses to BFGoodrich Co. Terms of the deal were not released. The sale will include manufacturing plants in Scotland, France, Slovakia, Germany and Brazil. Sales of these operations were about $100 million in 2000. The deal is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2001, Dana said.
