PC-EPHONE OFFERS ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS/ACCESSORIES.

PC-EPhone, Inc. (OTCBB:PCPH)(Frankfurt: NL1, WKN 589864), San Diego, has acquired an exclusive license to use, develop and distribute a new line of products, software and accessories to complement the company's existing business that is primarily focused on the PC-EPhone family of devices.

"Rights to develop, license, private label and distribute additional products and accessories are an important step in our plan to create sustainable growth for the company," stated David Meltzer, CEO and president of the company. "The PC-EPhone device is our flagship product that will create rapid growth but we know that there are other products and accessories that can complement our business. The PC-EPhone and these new products distinguish our company as the leader in innovative Convergence Technology."

PC-EPhone has added a family of PDA hardware and accessories that extend beyond the traditional capabilities and delivers solutions that improve the bottom line for the enterprise and consumer. The MIA PDC-600 is one of the first Pocket PC devices to integrate a PCMCIA slot, which eliminates the use of an expansion pack making it less expensive and lighter. Additionally, the new industrial PDA and Web Pad line allows the mobile consumer to become more efficient and productive. The industrial PDA is designed to withstand 5-foot drop tests, leverages biometric fingerprint access recognition and has a bar code scanner.

Accessories include the flexible roll up keyboard that fits in your pocket, a portable car charger that doubles into a 9 volt back up battery for Pocket PC devices, to an AC/DC converter which can be plugged into a car lighter that provides a 110 volt outlet and a wireless plug and play mouse which require no software.

PINUT, the first software addition added to the PC-EPhone family enables a corporate campus environment to leverage an existing WLAN and delivers PDA to PDA collaborative communication via white board, instant messenger and Voice over IP. PC-EPhone continues to extend connectivity with its phone client named "Fusion" that turns any Pocket PC device into a CDMA phone.
