Ford Motor Co., which will undertake a major restructuring, said that it was evaluating the sale of all or part of its Kwik-Fit auto repair business in Britain as part of planned divestitures of non-core assets.
In a statement, Ford's Chief Operating Officer Nick Scheele said two U.S.-based businesses, a chain of collision repair centers know as Collision Team of America, and its Greenleaf LLC chain of automotive recycling centers, may also be sold this year.
