The demonstration laboratory, based in La Jolla, Calif., provides a neutral, real-world testing ground for the industry's next generation of wireless services, technologies, support systems and applications.
UshaComm Wireless Business Support System, including Unicorn (customer care and billing) and E-Merchant (content billing and settlements) has been implemented at the inCode/TMNG Laboratory as part of a best-of-breed Operations Support Systems architecture. Initially structured for a 1xRTT CDMA network, the Laboratory will eventually house GSM/GPRS and UMTS technologies as well.
