Designed to meet the needs of bioanalytical instrumentation applications, the Oligo series valve contains inert materials. The perfluoroelastomer diaphragm provides reliability over 10 million cycles. Initial models include a standard 2way NC configuration including a 0.06-in. orifice, 1/4-28 threaded ports and 24 VDC. Operating pressures are vacuum to 15 psi and operating temperature are 40[degrees]F to 150[degrees]F.
