Suitable for use in medical robotic equipment, DigiFlex CANopen servo drives allow the user to connect 110 modules, sensors, and motion control devices on a single network. DSP technology is used to close digital current, velocity and position loops to control brushed or brushless servomotors. Sinusoidal commutation is derived from motor-mounted Hall sensors and encoder, or from a resolver.
