UCG/SIMPLE NETWORK SOLUTIONS SIGN MARKETING OUTSOUCE PACT.

Eagle Broadband, Inc. (AMEX:EAG), a leading supplier of broadband products, services and content, has announced that its subsidiary, United Computing Group (UCG), has signed a partnership agreement to outsource additional marketing and sales of UCG products and services to Simple Network Solutions (SNS).

"This new alliance allows UGC to greatly expand our marketing and sales capacity without incurring additional overhead," said UCG's CEO Joe Grace. "UCG will pay SNS a commission on all contracts submitted and approved."

Todd Simons, president of Simple Network Solutions stated that working with UCG would also give SNS an added dimension to its operations. "This partnership allows us to offer our clients UCG's premier IT network solutions, including seat management, tech management and security monitoring. We believe we have an opportunity to assist UCG in doubling their revenues in these service areas over the next 12 months." Simons went on to note that SNS had recently closed its first contract on UCG's behalf -- a one-year TechManage contract with a Houston, Texas-area business. "This is an excellent example of the kind of contract that both companies are targeting to provide long-term recurring revenues."
