Federal-Mogul Corp. is seeking approval from the U.S. Bankruptcy
Court in Wilmington, Del., to sell its U.S.
camshafts business to China's Asimco in a deal worth $28.1
million. The camshafts business includes a factory in
Grand Haven, Mich., and a factory in Orland, Ind.
