With water winning the health Oscars, it's both strange and fitting for whole milk to emerge from our shopping healthy survey as the most widespread evil to avoid. What a transition! From its golden pedestal as the key to health to the essence of bad-for-you beverages! In spite of Drink Milk mustaches and more convenient packaging, more of our shoppers think that avoiding whole milk is a factor in staying healthy than think of avoiding fast food or ice cream.
