In the More Convenient Supermarkets table at left, 84% of the
respondents agreed (and 57% agreed strongly) that supermarkets would be
more convenient if they had fewer hout of stocks. Almost a many agreed
that they would be more convenient if they took anything back or
eliminated or speeded up checkout.
