EL BANCO NACIONAL DE DESENVOLVIMENTO ECONOMICO E SOCIAL, Brazil's state-owned development bank will lend Suzano Bahia Sui Celulose, a Brazilian paper and timber company, US$1.09 billion to expand a plant in Mucuri, in Bahia state. The cost of the total investment comes to $1.59 billion.
