EMBRAER, a Brazilian aircraft manufacturer, said China Eastern Airlines agreed to buy five of its ERJ 145 LR model airplanes from Harbin Embraer, a joint venture between Embraer and China Aviation Industry Corporation. Deliveries are scheduled between November 2006 and June 2007. Terms were not disclosed.
