Steven A. Kirschenbaum has been named as executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Swig Equities, LLC.

In his capacity as executive vice president and chief administrative officer, Kirschenbaum will help to direct and oversee the business and fiscal management of the company, as well as help to plan, oversee, and coordinate capital and operating expenditures and fiscal systems.

Before joining Swig Equities, Kirschenbaum was the director of project development and general counsel of Metro Loft Management, LLC, the projects.

Kirschenbaum received his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law and Brooklyn Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
