First Annual Mushroom Culinary
Symposium.
As part of the Mushroom Festival activities, the First Annual
Mushroom Culinary Symposium featured a celebration at Lou Caputo's
Kennett Steak and Mushroom, Kennett Square, PA. Renowned guest chef,
Vaughn Letts and his culinary team prepared an eight-course dinner
pairing mushrooms with steaks and seafood. Wines were served with every
course. Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, guest speakers and entertainment
were also part of the elegant evening.
