FLETCHER -- Jack Murphy, 60, succeeded Mike Cianciarulo as CEO of
the Earth Fare grocery chain. Murphy, a board member, is former CEO of
Rockville, Md.-based Fresh Fields Natural Grocery. Cianciarulo will
remain on the board. The chain has 13 stores in the Southeast.
