* At the 2008 Soap and Detergent Association (SDA) Annual Meeting and Industry Convention, Jan. 29-Feb. 2 in Boca Raton, FL, Henkel's laundry and home care business sector awarded prizes to two outstanding suppliers.

The "Best Innovation Contributor 2007" went to Clariant for the best contribution of an external partner delivering outstanding consumer-relevant innovation that resulted in a product of highest market value. The "Best Supply Performance 2007" was awarded to Evonik Degussa for its outstanding supply performance.
