"The women wanted moisture, shine and volume, with an emphasis on waves, movement and texture," said Kaycee Clark, KMS California's U.S. creative director and co-owner of Dear Clark hair studio in Dallas, TX.

"The guys wanted control, with a drier, more matte, natural looking finish," according to Anh Co Tran, a KMS California artistic team member and stylist.
