first time chosen a nonfamily member for one of its top
executives.
Privately-held Yarnell's Ice Cream has for the first time
chosen a nonfamily member for one of its top executives. The board of
directors elected Jim Fink as president and chief operating officer.
Fink joined the company in 2003 as chief financial officer. He was a
former executive vice president of TCBY Enterprises and president of
Americana Foods.
