The Revolution drill is engineered to drill without need of a pilot
hole by using an over-center cutting geometry for the indexable carbide
inserts and the single, adjustable cartridge. This cartridge--removable
for fast replacement--allows the diameter to be adjusted up to 5.1mm,
permitting a hole-size range of 1.875" to 4.0". Also slated
for demonstration is the GEN3SYS High Penetration Drilling System with
increased range of 12mm to 32mm, with 3x, 5x, and 7x drill
depth-to-diameter ratios. It is available with straight and helically
fluted holders. The system is engineered to provide improved chip
formation, increased penetration rates, and a longer tool life. It is
