US speciality chemical and advanced materials concern Rockwood
Holdings is acquiring Holliday Pigments from UK speciality chemicals
producer Yule Catto for 46m [euro]. Holliday manufactures technical
grade ultramarines and manganese violet pigments. On completion of the
deal, expected in Q3 2008, Holliday's manufacturing and RED
facilities in Comines, France, will become part of Rockwood Color
Pigments.
