Momentive Performance Materials.

US silicone specialist Momentive Performance Materials is to build
a $65m technology centre, followed by a $16m global headquarters, in
Rensselaer county, New York. Momentive is moving from its headquarters
in Wilton, Connecticut, to temporary offices in Albany, New York.
Construction will begin in 2009.
