Collins & Aikman Acquires Molding Plant in Spain From Delphi.

Collins & Aikman Corp. acquired Delphi Corp.'s plastic injection molding plant in Logrono, Spain, for EUR15 million ($15.6 million).

Collins & Aikman, a supplier of automotive interior systems, said the acquisition will help it service the original equipment manufacturers that produce vehicles in the region.
