Physically, clothing serves many purposes; it can serve as protection from the elements, it can enhance safety during hazardous activities such as hiking and cooking. It protects humans from rough surfaces by providing a barrier between the skin and the environment.
The style was promoted by the artists of Tự Lực văn đoàn ("Self-Reliant Literary Group") as a national costume for the modern era The painter Lê Phô introduced several popular styles of ao dai beginning in 1934. Such Westernized garments temporarily disappeared during World War II (1939–45).
This may be the dumbest thing I've ever seen? There is no mention to the logic behind this -- suggestion. Shame.
It think a woman entrepreneur is going to look pretty dumb in that outfit. And I'm tired of seeing that type of boring dress up, if you're a man, you're going to get overlooked if you do what this video says... IMO A tasteful tie (silky) with a really nice tie pin if you're doing business with a woman. Even a solid silky vest over a solid short-sleeved button up with a white hanes t-shirt collar peeking out would make me more curious to talk to you. (Nice watch helps too and a belt)
