Warby Parker donates a pair of eyeglasses for every one it sells, a "one-for-one" model that's helped the ecommerce business blow through sales targets. In this episode of "Smart Entrepreneur," co-founders Neil Blumenthal and David Gilboa explain how the concept works -- and how other entrepreneurs can incorporate a social mission into their business models.

Definitely nicely done! I love the whole social thing contributing to growth for these guys.
Nicely done Warby Parker. Commendable. Brilliant. Powerful. Colleen, thanks for this awesome video.
The fact that they are measuring success by the # of their employees ("...now we have over 50 employees...) should be a huge red flag for everyone. It's a noobie mistake. There are other gaping holes in this business model but I do wish them well for their charitable efforts.
Very inspirational!
Great Video! I think the big focus for 2012 will be in the area of "giving" to those in need especially with the tough economic times we are in. One of our goals at Go Hard Greek is to partner with and highlight organizations that are involved with community service and giving campaigns. It is great to see Warby Parker making the world a better place as they share their beautiful eyewear! Strong Work! Wishing you all the best in the New Year! WOW!!!! WONDERFUL...
Warby Parker's job is amazing; the video is was amazing. Sometimes work seems like that... like work, and it achieve certain results. But to make that "work" successful it had to be done with "intention". So, I learned some value lessons from this video. And.... oh yeah !! I'll apply it to my entrepreneurship. Colleen Debaise, thank you very much, your post made my day. We will reading, bye.
