If you’ve built an app for your business and never looked at it again, says Mobile Roadie CEO Michael Schneider, then you’ve got a bad app. Schneider says apps must be kept fresh in order to keep customers engaged and interested. Another pitfall, he says, is businesses that don’t invest in the design of an app and only do the bare minimum. Schneider says an app should look and feel like your brand and should be beautiful to pull people in and keep them coming back.
